Second Love Coffee
Client: Second Love Coffee Roasters
Industry: Food / Beverage
Services: Content strategy, ideation, editing, social content development
The Challenge
Second Love needed content that felt as strong and distinctive as their brand in-person. Like many small businesses, they were working with limited time and existing assets, making it difficult to show up consistently or translate their in-store experience to social.
The Approach
I focused on creating a simple, repeatable content system built around what already existed. Using a mix of product storytelling and personality-driven content, I developed short-form videos and posts that landed in their already existing brand world.
The strategy balanced clarity and tone, pairing straightforward coffee features with more casual, meme-style reels to expand reach and relatability. Everything was designed to be lightweight to execute while still feeling intentional and on-brand.
The Results
45K+ views in the first month, with reach up +569%.
Profile activity climbed +52.7%, including more visits and more people actually clicking through.
Content started reaching beyond the immediate neighborhood, pulling in nearby cities and new audiences along the way.
