Developing a content direction rooted in local culture by leaning into what makes PDX so Portland. Local spots, internet humor, and the occasional llama. 

Trend-aware, self-aware, and at the same time, it flexes to communicate real updates like construction announcements without losing tone.

Consistently outperforming the page’s average views by 25–70%
